故事有些长。
我自己在08年6月file I140 NIW，不幸遇到德州的100号移民官， deny了。我自己随后
appeal，还在pending。
去年年5月，LG file I140 EB1a, 他的485, 还有我的485。去年11月他的140也deny了
，但是补了材料，motion to re-open（I290B)，今年2月批了。他2月就拿到了绿卡。
我的485一直在denial的状态。USCIS把我的485 link到我自己以前的140上。（在
denial notice上写的清清楚楚，485 was denied based on I140 filed on June 2008
)。
我给USCIS打电话，和不同officer通了电话，不同的officer给我不同的advice，比如
重新file I290B (虽然已经过了30天的有效期），或者重新file 485, 有一个今天跟我
说，我不能够重新file 485 as my husband's dependent, because he is already a
GC holder。所以我从485denial那

你要写信给移民局澄清两点：
(1)你的485是基于你老公的140，（附上你老公485和你的485的收据）
(2)如果你的485是基于NIW，因为排期没有到，是不可能交上的。既然交的时候移民局已
经接受了，那么就说明你的485是基于你老公的。
另外，找本州的参议员帮忙。

aeration租个机器，自己就可以搞定吧? overseeding就不知道了。谁说说。
overseeding怎么弄?

你交485的时候，没有你先生的140Receipt之类的吗？ Cocurrent Filing? 再说你是
dependent，不应该自动连到你自己的NIW140上。赶紧多方问问，强调是USCIS弄错了。
希望你能很快拿到绿卡。

是concurrent filing。但是我的485就是Link到我自己的140上面去了。在denial
notice里面写的清清楚楚。今天早上又打电话，有一个staff很耐心，重新记了note，
还把她记得note给我念了一遍，说是link到了错误的140上去了。但愿这次能够弄好。
我还准备和移民官预约。还有就是ＤＨＳ表格，好像是寄到ＤＣ的，就是report USCIS
的错误的。
