如果最新的DOS排期不current就给发2年有效期的EAD
新近刚批EAD的童鞋们给confirm一下？

适合如下情况：
如果你已经报了２００９年的税，已经退税或者补交，同时在２０１０年买了你的第一
个房子并在２０１０年６月３０号以前CLOSE THE DEAL。
需要填的表：
５４０５
１０４０X
需要附带的文件：
HUD １
PURCHASE ＆ SALES AGREEMENT （如果你在４月３０号以前签合同，CLOSE DATE在５月
１号到６月３０号之间，需要附带这份文件）
５４０５表：
需要填PART I， PART II
注意PART I B的PURCHASE DATE是指CLOSE DATE，不是签PS AGREEMENT的DATE
PART II的数字就照着INSTRUCTION填就好。
１０４０X表：
填前面的内容，A，B，C和第１０－２１项。
B我选的是２００９，因为你是AMEND ２００９的TAX RETURN。
C我填的是Need to claim first time home buyer credit
第１０－２１项按照INSTRUCTION来
别忘了SIGN AND DATE
邮寄内容：

HUD１
P&S AGREEMENT（IF NEE

６－７个星期会收到IRS的信，说你的帐户已经被改成FIRST TIME HOME
BUYER了，你的８K已经给你了或者在路上了，或许会有利息。然后没２天就能收到
CHECK。

文件的用词是most recent
这个到底是指4月还是5月呢？

看样子是以审批时的适用VB为准
08年的PD的话
EAD有效期是一年还是两年区别不大
09-10年的PD的话
这个还是有区别的
申请费还算小事

are you sure it's free renewal?
I remember it costs a few hundreds bucks...

Nope - refer 765 filing instruction
If this is a renewal app and you r applying under on of the following
categories, a filing fee is not required:
4. C9 o c16 adjustment app who applied after july 30, 2007
