如是正常交易买主还在屋里的话，没太大用。cash or wiring对bank来说一样。

the only benefit for all cash offer is no finical contingency to the seller.
if the buyer has strong finical background, not much of difference to all
the parties. all cash can be good for REO properties since a lot of them
need extra work and the buyer's lender may not agree to issue a loan based
on the condition of the property.
