Based on the lawsuit data, which is reasonably accurate for past two years.
everybody can check their time line.

Jan,2013--------9/13/2006
Feb,2013--------catch up with Row, whenever Rows are.
Row will be move 3weeks or so for each VB,

Jan,2013------12/25/2006
Feb,2013------may open gate for new applications.

485要批准需要process最起码4个月吧，做back ground check什么的，在485库存四个
多月的情况下放水比较合理的推断。再加上以往的第一季度批比较慢的状况，我个人认
为比较合理的时间是明年2月过07大潮。
所以觉得那个时间应该是合理的。

Thanks. You are right. I figured out what's wrong. The door bell button was
in down state.

双方（row vs C）有足够的本年名额的情况下，将两个排期分开而且间隔只有一个月的
可能性极低，而且以前没有出现过。我倾向于中国三类和row会提前统一。

your prediction is close enough. they moved forward by 250 numbers for Nov
cut off date.
So Dec cut off date should move forward by another 250 numbers.
my estimate is 7/1/2006 for Dec cut off date.
