主卧, 厨房在楼上, 其他两卧室在楼下的town house是不是很不好?# Living

下午三点电话面试。
2:55 check一下mail
发现2:48 recruiter 来信说组里有紧急事情要reschedule
我选了下周的一个时间段给她回信了.
it is 3:02 now
at the same time,i received the call from interviewer.
he let me to ask question at first.
so I said,my first question is that i am confused why you called me since...
he was confused too,seems checked his email but no result..
then we still had the interview as we scheduled before.
信息没有传达到还是recruiter made a mistake?

晚上游泳课后应该是晚饭时间了，弟弟嚷着饿了，爸爸说找个地方吃饭，大儿子马上说
“不，妈妈，我们回家吃饭，不要在外面吃，我最喜欢吃你做的饭了。”
每次讨论在外面吃饭，儿子都是这样说，当妈的心里那叫一个乐呀，当然再累也要做好
吃的，今晚就是清炒小白菜和糖醋排骨。

地段,价位很喜欢.就是主卧, 厨房在楼上, 其他两卧室在楼下,怕让宝宝一个人睡楼下
不好.另外会不会以后很不好卖?
另外,厨房的电炉独自放在中间,难不难挪动到靠墙的那边?
宝宝快出生了,实在想赶快定下来.多谢!

厨房在楼上？想不出？大家都上楼吃饭？

楼下其实是walk out的basement,
有两个卧室和family room, 楼上是厨房,主卧, living room. 进门上几节楼梯就到楼
上,下几节楼梯就到楼下.
房子的学区是10分, list price 15.5w, 没有HOA. 我们可能几年内搬家. 觉得买这个
房子,走的时候不会亏很多.实在不行可以出租. 走不了孩子也有好学校上.
冬天房源少,真的得有耐心啊.

以前我工作的一个小公司，HR联系了一个candidate来onsite,结果忘记了，可能也没有
coordinate, 结果candidate来了，所有的人都一头雾水。
公司大老板大发雷霆，当场就决定把那个HR fire了。

电炉的插座跟普通的不一样电压也不一样。
