最近在看一个Fremont的房子. 是REO. 在title insurance prelim 里, 有以下关于
mineral and waters rights 的条款.
"Also reserving to the grantor and its succesors and assigns, the following:
1. All oil, gas, mineral, geothermal and hydrocarbon substances and under or
that may be produced below a depth of 500 feet below the surface or said
property.
2. All overlaying and other water rights, including, without limitations,
the right to appropriate water and distribute it to other properties without
any right to the use of or rights in or to any portion of the surface of
said land.
"
请问这个条款是否正常. 会影响房子的价值和今后的买卖吗?
