我在德州. 2010年5月买的房子,5月底CLOSE的。2010年的PROPERTY TAX是按照2009年
PRORATE的。最近收到PROPERTY TAX BILLS, 发现SELLER少付了$900。给SELLER手机打
电话,SELLER拒绝支付。
In the section 8 of closing document signed by BUYER and SELLER, there is
the following:
BUYER and SELLER each agree that when amounts of the current year’s taxes
become known and payable (on or about October 15), they will adjust any
matters of re-proration and reimbursement between themselves and that TITLE
COMPANY shall have no further liability or obligation with respect to these
prorations.
另外,在5月底CLOSE时,SELLER留的地址是他女朋友的,那个地址上的房子也在上个月
卖掉了。我目前只有SELLER的手机和EMAIL。
请教各位高人,我怎么才能向SELLER要回他应付的$900?
