一年前有100员工,每年流失率10%,要求员工数每年增长10%。问你要招多少人。

next year need to hire 110*0.1 = 11 to satisify the increase.
then in next year, (110 + 11) * 0.1 = 12 people left. so need to repalce 12
ppl.
so total need to hire 23 PPL. it's a little messy to define if the 10% means
beginning of the year or end of year. but u got the ideal. more a test of
how do you argue your solution.
