昨天发现现在的坏了，也不打算修了，想直接换个新的，主要原来的是chain drive，
太吵。有谁知道哪个牌子的质量最好？belt drive, screw drive和chain drive都有什
么优缺点？去HD看了一下，主要有两个牌子Chamberlain和Genie，另外给local的一家
专做这个的打电话，他们那里是lift master，这几个牌子哪个更好？主要是质量和口
碑。

update一下，貌似belt drive现在是比较流行的。liftmaster和chamberlain是一个厂
家的，但是liftmaster是专门给dealer做的，而且lifetime warrantee，chamberlain
是10年。liftmaster集成的更好些，安装维护相对简单。
最后选择了liftmaster 3280，$450 installed, 2 remote, 1 wireless keyless pad。

我们这的costco，chamberlain的screw drive，$160, 马达也是lifetime warranty。

俺最后换了一个带电池的，$495 installed, 2 remote
Genie is not recommended
而且还有一个事情要查，就是看你的garage door是不是能手工停在任何位置，否则可
能是弹簧老化什么的，整一套也要$500左右，俺因为有打算今年把整个门都换掉，换成
那种比较轻的带insulation的，所以今天没做这个。这个也很影响opener的使用寿命。

screw drive的据说也比较吵chamberlain和liftmaster是一家，不过liftmaster似乎稍
微好点，主要是安装和维护上，不过也稍微贵点

如果是在跟top candidate negotiate，不确定因素多，一般不说两周的time frame。
说了比较具体的回复时间，且比较近的，一般是可以明确作出决定的。

这应该是offer
如果是据信不会那么快的，怎么都有个排名
rank 1的先发offer
然后rank 2.
所以备胎不会那么快收到据信的（除非是内定了人选的）
