Limited people are from other disciplines.

拿到博士快6年了,还是很苦B的等PERM交上去...
如果法案通过,能不能直接用6年前的美国PhD学位上140? 找个小公司愿意弄的就可以了?
STEM博士没有说必须在五年内取得吧? 也没有说必须找什么样的工作吧?

the listing agent is stupid asking for the full report. in most of the
states, the listing agent and/or the seller have been required by law to
disclose all the known defects and if they have an inspection report on hand
, they have to disclose all the problems fixed or unfixed. if they don't do
that, they are liable for anything that could happens due to this.

是的，随便搞个EB12345都可以。哪怕你不是STEM专业都可以。
