J-1申请NIW绿卡，如果I-140批了，但还没来得及交485,还能从J-1转H1b么？谢谢。

12年的房子，因为是Relocation,所以seller agent提供非常非常完整的
inspection report.
最让我担心的问题是来自Stucco moisture inspection:
This home is clad with conventional/hardcoat stucco on chinmeys
and rear elevation. The visual inspection has determined that
deficiencies exist in the stucco installation & exterior wall
construction ...
Rear Elevation
> Proper flashing and sealant details were not observed at the
rear stucco wall.
> Staining, cracking, elevated moisture, and damaged substrate
were identified at the stucco wall area below the deck.
Chimneys:
>No kick-out/diverter flashings were visible at the chimey-roof
transition areas
>Clearance and proper flashing detail were not observed along
the roof surface
>Multiple cracks through the stucco were observed at the
chimneys.
chimneys 上的crack实际很细微。另外关于后墙的elevated moisture, 仪器确
实显示一个指数。我的realtor觉得问题实际没有想象的那么坏。
准备请个专家看一看。有没有有经验的大虾提供点建议。不胜感谢！

对于你这个问题，我觉得Stucco moisture问题应该是很常见
这事儿不要听realtor的，还是自己判断，买房还是小心点儿好

问题问反了吧？听说交过I-140不容易转J1；有一大票博士后就是因为交过140，学校不
能办J1，只能给H1。

Walk away
Its not something you can fix.
Actually, no way to evaluate the total damage until removal of the stucco
coat.

交过140说明要移民了，有移民倾向了，不能再办J1了。
不明白为什么博士后交完140还要办J1?
