只要够match的数就可以了，不要多放，留cash付首付。401K 真是个很鸡肋的东西

这么短时间跳槽，很多公司要收回一部分但不会全收回。合同上应该写了。

You may find primary residence loan qualified there.

You should maximize your 401k.
401k allows you to borrow 50% of its balance to buy your primary residence.
If you do not contribute, you'll be taxed 30%-40% depending on your
fed and state taxes. For $100 income, you receive $60-$70.
If you contribute to it, you'll have $100 in 401k. When you buy your
first house, you can borrow $50 from 401k as your down payment.
See, $50 is not too bad compared to $60-70.

我觉得没啥必然联系，只有到时候钱够就行，income & asset，放1、2年401K有本质的
影响么？
