要看是什么银行了，如果是比较看重Close ratio的银行的确是有penalty。

最好的做法是换一家银行，但是不建议。第一伤人品，第二有可能错过锁利率的最好时
机。

如果是PF的话，如果LZ可能会折腾得这个broker被除名的，呵呵。PF的原则是只能它
decline其他人，不能其他人decline它。
lock就是lock，除非在同一份rate sheet上broker可以offer得了更低的rate，否则无
法改变rate。

decline其他人，不能其他人decline它。
lock就是lock，除非在同一份rate sheet上broker可以offer得了更低的rate，否则无

是Provident Funding吧，巨麻烦的一个lender, 如果lock了不做， 对broker会有很不
好的影响，如果agent是经过你的同意lock的，还是close吧。

谢谢大家的回复！看来我还是接着做吧，可能会晚些close吧。是经过我同意lock的，
只是我低估了我家领导的墨迹神功，如果不是买房close date写在合同里，还不知道要
到啥时候。两个人有时真的很烦。
