明天就要refinish hardwood floors in Living room, Family room, dining room
and kitchen了。原来的木地板是maple的。现在选涂poly不知道是选water based 还是
oil
based的。本来已经想好了 Bona Traffic, water based product, recommended by
the
contractor. However, I heard that oil based is more durable than water
base. If we use waster base, we need to recoat the hardwood floor after 2
or 3 years. Is it true? Please get me some suggestions. Thanks,
