上周三H1B Transfer的申请已经邮寄到USCIS，但是直到上周五还没有收到USCIS的
Receipt，这正常吗？一般要等多长时间能收到USCIS的Receipt？

House is set for closing on June 10th. BOA has now 3.875% 15-year fixed rate
locked for 45 days. Should I lock it now or wait for more days? Any
suggestions? Thanks!

if 45-day lock doesn't cost extra in fees, lock it. no one can tell if tmr
rates will be higher or lower. lock only if you feel comfortable.
is it purchase or refinance loan? best 15-yr purchase rate is 3.75% (no pt)
and 4% for refi (no pt/fee) in California.
