他们根本就没搞出来，8个人内部还卡在怎么和Senate讨价还价Health Care的问题上呢。
但是要放风要搞出来了，都是博弈。

有政治利益交换了。
有种分析的说法，House根本就搞不出来一个两党的Bill，最后Senate如果给的妥协够
多，他们就最后过Senate的，但是要表现的挣扎一点，一部分人好也邀邀功。
如果不够满意，就想法不给投，但是到时候House的共和党就全背CIR被kill的锅。劳模
保他们下界还选不上总统 外加甚至丢掉众议院。

总之现在局势不明朗，House那边很混乱，我们得等到6月份才能看到更多人表态了吧。
CIR能不能过，还是个50:50，最多60:40的东西呢。
