在amazon卖些杂物，会有如下的要求，超过2w就要报税。
Form 1099-K to report unadjusted annual gross sales or payment volume
information for customers that meet both of the following thresholds in a
calendar year:
•More than $20,000 in gross payment volume, and
•More than 200 transactions.
现在，AP貌似也有2w报税的要求，问题是这2w是不是两边累加的，还是各算各的？这么
搞的话，AP都不敢用了。。。

就是个小BUILDING有6个康豆，没健身房，也没游泳池，HOA包括水电和垃圾和EXTERIOR
防护 (外部比如房顶保险，除草，锄雪，粉刷，HALLWAY清洁，定期搽玻璃，窗户之类)，但不
包GAS。四十万的康豆年税+HOA就$20K，是不是太高？

一般人ap能1.2w一年。剩下的8千也就几台笔记本的销售价格。

too high... HOA in particular. I have a condo in a 8 unit build w/ elevator
but no other ammenties, water and garbabge are included but you would pay
for your own gas and electic. $349 a month.
Did you check how much reserve the building has and if there is any
accessment?

Tax is $6,700 a year. 1200 sq ft
