现在是绿卡身份，还要等几年才能入籍，如果住在美国加拿大边境，我本人住在美国这
边，然后在加拿大那边工作，spouse也在美国这边工作，孩子在美国这边上学，等满5
年后申请美国公民入籍会有麻烦吗？
不知道这5年是不是必须住在美国而且工作在美国呢？还是只要住在美国这边就可以呢
？工作在哪国无所谓呢？

房子是个新建房。redfin说成交价246K，但county accessor price is 205K.为什么价
格差这
么多？是不是county accessor price 更是市场价，可以用它来作为同一社区新房子的
标准？

should be fine as long as you meet the requirements:
at least five years
30 month in usa,
pay taxes, properties,
read the instructions

in CA county tax accessor price (base) starts w/ sale price and ea yr can go
up by no more than 2%. so if mkt goes up more than the annual increase,
you end up w/ mkt price > assessor price. a/p may not indicate anything

刚在USCIS网站上看了要求，有项是这么说的：
you (and your family) continued to live, work and/or keep ties to the United
States
这意思是说必须既要住在美国，也要工作在美国吗？
