我们的broker给了一个conforming loan的good faith estimate如下:

Underwriting Fee:$845
2.Title charges:
closing/escrow:$1,800
Notary Fees:$150
Title Insurance: $900
3.Government Recording & Transfer Charges:
Recording Fees: $120
4.Items Required by Lender to be Paid in advance:
Intgerest for 15 day (depends on when the loan started):$835.5
Hazard Insurance Premium: $600
据我们的broker说,以上1,2,3(Total $4,270)为我们的估计closing cost.
4 是lender要求我们提前付的,与closing cost无关。
请问以上的closing cost estimate是否reasonable.
还有,如果我们已经开始让broker做估价报高,而后有发现他的利率不好,我们还有没
有机会反悔。
不知道现在30天和60天close的30-year fixed conforming loan利率分别能那到多少啊?
