我没有看到过,是中介公司说perfect credit report, 什么no late billpay...
我问过中介公司要tenant的credit, 印象中对方含糊其辞的说都是由他们来查看,如果
发现问题会告诉我,让我来决定是否租给对方. 当时在忙别的事情,也就没再管这件事.
这么长时间下来,房租是按时付的,但是永远都是cash.

我以前公司有個猶太人同事, 曾經開公司倒閉了, 他付任何東西都用cash, 因為破產沒
有credit.

担心对方有什么legal上的问题, 要不然干嘛不敢用check, 而且每次都要跑到中介那里
付房租,多麻烦.

u should have asked for the credit report. but as long as he pays on
time, there is nothing to worry abt.

我一向是pay check的，被cash走了的话，网上好歹还有个image可以当作证据，虽然，
从来没啥事情需要运用到这个证据。

我申请房子贷款的时候银行要两年内所有付房租的支票的check image...
