I guess you can try. In the letter to the visa officer, you might want to
establish some evidence showing the strong relationship between you and the
applicant (i.e., why he/she wants to visit you).

冬天下雪的地方白蚁一般不会太厉害，白蚁不容易过冬的。有basement的房子要比slab
更容易招白蚁一些。

这边房子都是以撑满一百年为目标的 嗯 不对 是以百年为起点的
为达成这个目标 一路上 不能有任何问题 连pipe burst都不能有 更别说白蚁了
