大学城，房市非常非常不好，房子卖了5个月了，今天收到第一个offer。但是offer说
subject to the purchasers being able to sell their current home until Nov 1
。价钱上还凑合。
他们的house list了才9天，agent说they have had a decent amount of traffic on
the unit so far. 说实话我们的房子状况非常好，价钱也要到了小区里最低的，list
了5个月也没有超过20个show。他的房子是个小townhouse，不在我们这个区，卖得倒是
真便宜，但我怀疑到底能不能真的卖出去。
大家说这种offer能接么？我怕要是接了会让自己处于一个更不利的地位，万一他房子
半年没卖掉，我还得付房贷，到年底房子就更不好卖了。我们这个村房子3年都没卖掉
一堆一堆的。可是不接呢，好不容易5个月才等来一个offer，真的又觉得有点舍不得。
大家给出出主意吧！

You can add a condition on your counter offer: if there is other offer on
your house before Nov., this offer should remove their condition or just
withdraw. That is, you still can accept other offer during this period.

Google了一下，发现可以加一条这个：
Seller will keep the property on the market but accept a contingent offer,
providing buyers with a 72-hour first-right-of-refusal notice to perform in
the event seller receives a better offer.
在这么糟糕的房市下，加这一句会不会吓走buyer啊？
