准备买一个apartment，投资出租用的。 SFH买不起。
有一个apartment，连续三次quit claim dead，还有一次warranty dead. 不知道以后我
转手，这种记录会不会影响价格。谢谢！

和价格没问题，这些都是关于产权的，应该是原来的屋主间的所有权转让：比方说：夫
妻离婚，一方放弃房子所
有权，把产权全部转换到另一方。应该可以查到当时的具体细节

that's about how the current owner taking the title. nothing to do with the
value and once you bought it, it will be all gone.
