I purchased the house two years ago and financed at 4.625%. Did 3% ARM half
year ago..
NOw it's 2.5%. Big savings

thanks..but it might have to be my last re-fi on this house. LTV is getting
higher and higher because of the housing market...sigh..

there are thses expenses you listed and we do have prepaid items into escrow
, but all the expenses are covered by lender's credit and property tax,
insurance and interest are our liability no matter what.
Bed, is it so called no cots no fee re-fi?
