Sqf is all for reference to calculate price per square. If you don't feel
the house is too small, at this point it is really upon negoniation, which
depending on the condition of house and other factors. I think you have the
right to walk away and the seller is not obligated to lower the price. He
is selling the whole house, not unit price per square feet.

错误的面积是从town database来的吗？还是seller自己量的？
