找了快一年房子，好不容易看中一个房子房主白人夫妇很nice在carriage hill area
in Westbury, NY on Nancy Drive. 准备offer了， 发现很多黑人这区， 急问有了解
这区的嘛？ 好像学区不太好， 但我们还没有孩子，所以上学至少也是6年以后的事了
。 但绝对不想黑人区。 谢谢！！

你入住marriott，不管用什么卡，都可以给你自己积marriott的会员积分。你都说了用
公司的卡，就别琢磨自己的信用卡了啊。

here is my advice... since I have seen a few of your posts in the past week.
if you are not familiar with the area, you should simply wait and rent first
. once you buy something, it would be hard to un-do. Only buy if you are
absoluetly sure that you wanna to spend the next 10 years living there.
it is still a buyers market, now, a year from now, possibly even longer.
Just hold on to your money and wait till you are familiar with long island.
a rush purchase is never a good purchase.
