国内爸妈和自己这10几年大概有40万美金的cash，怎么弄到美国来呢？

你的HOA应该包括homeowner insurance,然后你去买一个HO-6 insurance，coverage要
至少appraisal value的20%.

非绿卡时，可以转，而且基本没啥限制，每个人给你转10万以内就行，找很多人转。
绿卡后。。。不知道了，好像限制挺多的。找找gift的相关规定吧，IRS有对GIFT免税
额度的，具体不清楚了。

有身份的人有13000限制，没身份的人是10万，而且是一个汇款者10万，所以没身份的
人等于无限制。

要先打电话获得一个code，再在Email里面提到这个code，他们才会follow up这封
Email.因为没时间也就没打电话。
