Citi还允许随时还款呢。
Citi也可以Online Request Credit Limit Without Hard Pull。
还是有差别的啊。

我用chase的checking去bill pay chase freedom，一样告诉我3天内不允许还钱。
我用forward去pull citi的checking，随时pull，随时恢复额度。

现在citi不是一天一次了？过两天试试。至于billpay，chase家换了新系统之后确实难
用。以前没什么问题。

credit card
Lots of cards has the function called NO PRESET SPENDING LIMIT, if you have
that function on your card you can temporarily spend exceeding the credit
limit. My chase card has this utility.

我经常一天要给citi forward还钱好几次，经常还半夜的，很好用，瞬间恢复额度，不
管啥时候。。。

If I have VISA signature, the credit limit would be a less severe problem...
My credit limit is less than 1000, cannot pay for 2 international travel
tickets, so that's the reason I need that.

you can't have that, because your card does not have this function. It is
not like CHASE can just add this benefit to your card. All the benefits are
set when card is issued unless you ask CHASE to upgrade your card.

times for not having enough limit, and have to switch to another card.

呵呵。抱歉啊，以为大家有解决办法的，所以上来求助。
不过还是得到了一些变相的解决方法，比如再来个Chase Checking，比如用Bluebird可
以第二天就到账等。
