15ft爬房顶够吗？第一层9ft，第二层8ft，好像还差点啊

sure, it is costco, I think you can just bring your receipt to do the return
and rebuy @ the customer service desk.

why is this a good deal? I remember a couple of months ago, the 22' multi-
purpose telescoping ladder was selling for same price. That one actually
could be used for some low two story roof (although mostly still not tall
enough.

of coz not. The ladder need to have 15 degree tilt, and then it should be 2-
3 ft above the roof to be safe.
For your house, there usually another half ft between the 1st and 2nd floor,
half ft above 2nd floor ceiling, and at least 2-3 ft below the first floor
(for basement window). So you need:
(2+9+8+0.5+0.5)/cos(15) + 2 = 23 ft. You need to buy at least the 24'

22'和17'各有各的用处
22'的重，携带不便
