then 好学区 is important. you don't want to send your kids to school with

好学区通常抗跌. but housing market is somewhat stable now, I think. So you
pay $500k now, and sell it for $520k 5 years later. or pay $200k now, and
sell it for $220k later. cheaper house is safer and with more potential to
growth.
but many people will disagree with me on this.

和我朋友情况差不多，当时也是觉得孩子还小，没考虑学区。孩子一转眼就到上学年龄
，现在找不到合适的房子，急的要命。

我们没孩子，买了好学区的房子，当时是为了环境好些、邻居素质高些。
但是现在看看其实还挺亏的，房价贵、地税贵，打理也贵。
看看周围一家家都是学龄儿童，想想真是亏啊
