我这里每个季度第二个月交当季度的property tax。如果11月中旬close，seller已经
交了四季度的property tax，那就要还给sellter一个半月的property tax。银行说
escrow账户里要有四个半月的(包括下一季度的)property tax。我想问的是在escrow账
户里的下一季度的property tax什么时候能给我们，还是一直放在知直到明年二月交税
？

The bank won't give the tax back to you. They will pay tax when it's due. So
the money will keep in the escrow account.

Yes.
They'll pay back to u if your escrow balance is over what's in cintract. Ask
for escrow analysis when tax is paid.
It's illegal for them to keep extra money
