有两家ICC联系我，提供的pay rate如下：
第一家，签约15个月，55,000+bonus：
In 8th month – 55% of the Billing rate depending on what the client is
paying us.
In 12th month – 62.5% of the Billing rate depending on what the client
is paying us.
In 16th month – 70% of the Billing rate depending on what the client
is paying us.
第二家，签约12个月，$27.5/hour：
First raise upon completion of 6 months of project time – 60%+13%*=73%
Second raise upon completion of 9 months of project time – 65%+13%*=78%
Third raise upon completion of 12 months of project time – 70%+13%*=83%
同时报销之后的relocation的airfare+house
我对与这个pay rate不是很了解，请问哪种好？如何衡量呢？
