今天去了趟琴行，想给家里5岁的女娃找找合适的钢琴。我们预算新琴不超过$5000吧。
结果不超过5千的琴只有一个牌子：Kohler Campbell. 琴行的人给了final price：$
4390 （KC 244F）.
我倒是挺喜欢这个琴的样子的，虽然只有43寸（挺矮的），但设计的很古典，当家具好
像也不错。价钱也能接受。其他的我完全不懂。。不知道这个琴作为娃的一个入门琴行
不行？
我回到家google了半天，发现这个牌子是韩国或印尼产的，当然不能跟雅马哈什么的比
，但相对便宜嘛。。另外我们也没打算让娃学成钢琴家。
这里的有经验的人多，能否给我点建议？谢了！！

第一次买房, 下了counter offer, 同时和buyer agent和他的公司签了合同. 想问一下
:如果万一这个deal 不成功, 接下来我不通过这个签合同的buyer agent,我自己找房,
和另外其他agent 看房买房可以吗?
我不一定非要和签合同buayer agent, 一起买其它, 他没介绍过的房子的, 是吗?
想和大家confirm 一下, 多谢了!

是在下offer 给seller 时, 与offer 一起签的. 公司和agent 一起成为我buyer agent
. 但合同上并无要买那房子specific 的地址.合同第一句话是说:
"when you enter a
discussion with a real estate agent regarding a real estate transaction, you
should from the outset understand what type of agency relationship or
representation you wish to have with the agent in the transaction"
不知平时大家的情况是咋样的? 如这deal 不成, 有点想换agent, 不知是否可以?

need to figure out whether it's exclusive or non-exclusive buyer agent
