卖家是银行。合约中说
I(we) elect to have the Seller choose a qualified escrow company and/or
title insurance company in connection with the sale of the subject property;
provided that Seller will pay the cost of the Owner's Title Insurance
Policy, and Buyer and Seller will each pay for their respective escrow and/
or title insurance closing costs as indicated on the HUD-1 Settlement
statement.
好像是说银行可以做帮我买title insurance的选择,也没说他们会这么选阿。但我的
agent说他们会出钱买。Am I missing something?
然后还说我和卖家分别pay各自的escrow cost,是什么意思?除了银行出的insurance
的one-time fee,还有什么escrow的费用吗?要多少钱?管什么用的?
另外,有了title insurance,律师还一定要吗?除了title history,他还会查什么自
己差不了的??多谢帮我扫盲啊!
