UA有个职位，我去他们家网站上申请了。电话面试了，刚才打电话给我买机票，onsite
。但是，我突然发现，人家要求是 must be work without sponsorship.
我是应该去和他们说，我没看见那个要求呢？还是装不知道，去面试呢？
我确实是现在才看到。我上次申请的时候没看到。。。。

The congress has determined to add a fee, called G-fee, to FNMA, Freddie Mac
and FHA to make up fund due to the salary tax deduction.
The fee will started in April but the loans to be affected may be those
locked in Feb and thereafter.
So if you are planing to do refi, start now.

The fee will be fully implemented in Apr, but they will slowly and steadily
be reflected in the pricing model instead of suddenly jump up.

lender是这么说的。目的是不想对市场造成大的冲击。但实际上也就是0.125%到0.25%
的调整

"一个月多交十五元". This is extra for your payment. Majority don't want to "
donate" to government even $10.00/month

有点儿费解，基本上应该是refi以及purchase能拿到的rate变差，跟每月多付钱没啥关
系呀。
那笔钱在做refi的时候就征走了。。。

是 30 年 5000 多，在房地产买卖里，这个不算什么大波动吧？我的朋友为了卖掉房
子，咬咬牙，少要 3-4 万出手；同样的，你去买房子，看到特别好的，对方不让你这
5000 块，你就不要了？

这可不是什么波动，上去了就下不来了。5000元还是很大的数目的。
关键是这个5000升的毫无道理，不过只支持了2个月的payroll tax 2% cut。这种东西
，只要再来几个，累计起来就很可观了。

两房跟银行收购 mortgage 时会收取一些费用，4/1后会涨价！银行当然就会转嫁到用
户身上，所以利率有可能因此上升。不过对不借钱，不用贷款的人来讲没影响。
涨价的背后，归咎于 payroll tax cut extension. 今年的 social security tax 还
是保持去年的4.4% （正常6.4%），所以就从新的贷款上来填补。政府在 payroll tax
上的刺激，又会不会被利率上涨，继而影响房地产所抵消？拭目以待。
