这个title order要通过律师吗？ 好像title insurance部分是一样的， 其他的一些杂
费不一样。
怎摸找一个费用比较低的呢？ 难道要自己问几家公司要报价吗？ 那Order title 后，
万一合同取消，也要交给title company一些费用吗？

If you could order your title yourself, there are a lot of choices. Normally
, title will not charge you until your purchase/refinance is closed.
