前几天收到移民局的邮件，说需要RFE，具体会有信件通知。到现在为止没有收到移民
局的信件。但是收到律师的邮件，说不能再代表我，而且会REPORT给移民局。
我在交４８５一年以后换了工作，工作性质类似，TITLE不一样，没有通知移民局（当
时根本不知道，只知道４８５PENDING１８０天后就可以跳槽，苦逼公司为了绿卡一呆
就是六年，工资好几年没涨，连INFLATION的都没有涨啊）。今天翻出４８５通知，发
现需要通知移民局，吓出一身冷汗。请问这种情况怎么办？？？多谢！
附上律师信：
Have you identified another immigration attorney to take over your case? If
so, that attorney should enter as attorney of record with respect to this
application. I cannot continue to act in that capacity, and will need to
notify the USCIS of that fact.
我是２００９年底的PD(EB2)，现在没有自己的移民律师。可以自己代表自己吗？还是
必须找
一个？前律师报告移民局不再担任我的律师有什么影响吗？眼看绿卡快排到了，怎么尽
出妖蛾子呢？崩溃啊崩溃。。。。。。

现在一楼只有厨房，小餐厅和进门一小块是木地板。其他所有family room， living
room，formal dining room和study room都是地毯。想全换成地板。但是又不想换成现
有地板的颜色，弄成两种颜色是不是很奇怪啊？有这样的例子吗？关键是原来的地板还
不错，去了可惜。而且拆地板工作量好像比拆地毯大多了。

I would just stay with it. Mine is the same situation. I'll wait when both
of them need to be replaced.

不用告知，rfe的话让现在公司出就行

同一材料不同颜色看上去很奇怪。
既然原先的地板是木板，那么你可以把地毯的地方改成石板。只要不是相同材料，感觉
上就好些。当然你石板的颜色质地不能跟木板的颜色质地过于犯冲。

As long as the old lawyer is willing to transfer all your documents to the
new one
, you can find one by yourself. It is better to have one to look at your
case.

你这个律师不代表你了是因为律师是原公司的律师，不是因为你换工作了，人家原公司
律师当然不会再为你服务。你就自己找个律师就好了。搞得大家还以为换工作是不合法
的会有大麻烦呢。

Just let him you will pay them by yourself to continue your application.

This is what I guess that happened
your lawyer (or ex-lawyer) received the RFE letter, he then contacted the
company asking for more money to respond RFE, but company told him the truth
. So he let you know he is no longer your lawyer. You need a new lawyer to
contact him for the RFE letter.
