I think this house is located perfectly. it was on market for a few months
in winter then off-market. We are waiting for it to be back...

no, two lots. they torn down the old lot in 1999 and built this newer house.
it is a big lot...main rooms face south perfectly and quiet street...

yep...lots of trees. it is like countryside but very close to the city. So
we love this area. It is unincorporated now and will be forced to be
incorporated soon...
The 4th house on the left of this house was just sold...we passed it because
too many trees at backyard...

以前喜欢树啊，但自从扫过几次叶子，锯国几次树枝，就发现叶公好龙了。

后院太小了吧。。。房子几乎紧挨这旁边房子的lot了，BBQ之类的不好弄

你真想要呢，就找个律师，直接写信给owner，说不通过agent，直接通过律师交易，省
得agent fee，大家一人一半。owner public record可以查。

good idea! i just contacted the phone number on the sign outside house. The
seller said he is both the owner and realtor...they are still selling it...
asking price is 25K less than the winter price...
