今年想买房。隔壁有幢4 bedroom的1995年的房子在买,要价一百一十万。价格在我们这
片算比较公道。房子我很喜欢。两个孩子也不用换小学。
请问年收入需要多少（税前），才能买这个房子？不想压力太大。二十万？三十万？四
十万？
很纠结。以前没想过买一百万以上的房子。

property tax：1.1%。
头期款：30万吧。这样税前年收入需要多少呢？

就要贷80万，税前20万足够了。

还要看家庭状况工作稳定与否以及有孩子没有等等

for an 800K mortgage with 30 yr at 4%, the monthly payment is $
3800, plus $1200 tax. the monthly total is $5K
with a 200K income, the monthly take-home is only about $10K after tax,
401K, and other deductions.
that leaves you with only $5K..
if no kids, thenn it should be okay.. otherwise, it would be very tight...

80万以上的贷款算jumbo loan,拿不到4%的利率.
