下午5点closing。刚给了hud1，本来卖家给3000的closing fee的，但看hud怎么看不出
来这3200都花哪了啊？这个title services还要我们出1288，怎么这么高啊？正常吗？
到现在这个时间，是不是没有什么可以质疑loan agent的了啊？good faith estimate
title charge 写的700，这都快翻番了啊？要打电话给loan agent argue吗？

Title service 是 title agent charge. 不过建议call loan agent查讯.

这么紧的时间肯定是没有办法改了.

ask the escrow company to give you the title company's fee schedule. It's
based on loan amount and difference title companies should have similar
charge. What's your loan amount though?

谢谢大家回复，时间太紧决定从了。发这算给别的人提个醒吧。我是找wells fargo贷
的。
