如果您只住7年, 当然用7ARM是最好的. 没有什么要特别注意的.

不只住 7 年，也可以用 7 年 ARM, 到时候要么付清，要么还有机会 refinance.

没什么，只不过如果7年之后不卖房，需要考虑一下rate调升的影响。如果一定会卖房
，就无所谓了。

多谢大家回复。我只是以为本版好像很少讨论7-Year ARM，觉得7-Year ARM可能有什么
不好的地方，看上去7-Year ARM只是七年后利率会变，其他没什么不好的。

比较多的人用30年/15年固定是因为大家不是很确定房子会住多长的时间.

7 years ARM usually is 0.25 higher than the 5yrs ARM. The rate make the
program less attractive than 5yrs. My customers will choose 7yrs ARM if the
rate is very similar as 5yrs, just two more years gurantee with minor
difference.

hehe, 5-year arm is the best. I already used 5-year arm for 10+ years.
rate was keeping going down all time for these 10+ years. from 7-6% to 1.99%

You can only say 5-year arm is the best for the last 10 years.
It tells nothing if it will be a good choice for the next 10-20 years.
The rate will not go down forever.
