周二发fax给Senator，周三收到确认，今天就有回复了：
This response is in regards to your January 14, 2015 e-mail on behalf of
your constituent, Mr. ** concerning the status of his Form I-485,
Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, he filed
with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on January 24, 2014.
Mr. ** is an approved EB-3 with a priority date of February 16, 2011 from
China. According to the visa bulletin, visas are currently available for EB
-3 from China with a priority date of March 1, 2011 and earlier. Mr. **'s
application is currently in-transit to an adjudication officer for review.
If Mr. ** has not received a USCIS decision or other notice of action
regarding his Form I-485 within the next 21 business days from the date of
this e-mail message, you may send us another inquiry regarding this case.

事儿？难道是从架子上拿下来了……正在小车上……而且这个21 business days也略奇

另一个议员昨天发了inquiry，今天就拿到NSC回复了：

这个看起来正常了一些，希望不要有RFE（RD过去一年了）

大银行都行。local的一个原来说可以，给了proq的信，结果我最后居然变卦，把我给气
的，都投了大把精力和一些钱进去了。
后来有几个选择，一是FHA，多交保险费，放弃；二是，提高首付，好像是付35%以上，
有个银行就给贷，也放弃了
后来我准备放弃了等h1下来再说的时候，我同事推荐的一个给了，折腾死了。有兴趣你

rate还不错的，号称0 closing
