之前状态一直是"Fingerprint fee received".
1/12做了online SR, 1/13显示“assign officer to response”，但一直没有
response.
1/19发follow email给NSC, 还没收到回信。
昨天打电话给议员去催，下午才把privacy release form和485收据传真过去。
今天上午收到message, 主副申请人都绿了："On January 21, 2015, we registered
your permanent resident status and mailed you a Welcome Notice"。
