1）Sand and finish 1,570 sq.ft. of solid hardwood natural with two coats of
finish(oil based).....$2,350.00
2）Sand and finish stairs natural with two coats of finish(stain oil based).
....$350.00
3）Provide and install 450 ln.ft. of shoemolding and finish it to match the
floor.....$450.00
4）Take out carpet, staples and tag-stripes from stair.....$50.00
5）Provide 3 ln.ft. of stair nosing and repair it.....$70.00
