够梗就换地毯，扣押金，寄receipt。扣完不够再寄bill，small claim court
不想闹就自己背了。

This expiration date was calculated by AwardWallet and not by Starwood
Hotels, etc. (Preferred Guest), so this date could be inaccurate.
AwardWallet has no way to guaranty the accuracy of this calculated

your point expiration date is to contact Starwood Hotels, etc. (Preferred

Starwood Hotels and Resorts state the following: “Starpoints never expire
as long as you have Starpoints activity at least once every 12 months”.
They also define an active account as follows: (a) your Membership has not
been cancelled (by you or us), and (b) you have had an Eligible Stay at a
Participating Property within the previous 12 months, or (c) you have earned
Starpoints by using a Starwood Preferred Guest Credit Card during the
previous 12 months. Starpoints resulting from transfers or earnings from
Program affiliates do not count toward active status. At the same time if
you call Starwood they claim your points expire 18 months from last activity
, we tend to believe the customer service reps as opposed to their website.
AwardWallet determined your last activity date to be 02/xx/2014, so the
expiration date was calculated by adding 18 months to this date. Please note
that our system may get this last activity date incorrectly. While we try
to do our best, please remember you are responsible for tracking your point
