You should get no point no fee.

一般的origination fee不会有这么高,除非你买point了.

disclosure is not accurate. If your agent told you it is no cost, you can
just ignore the disclosure. Only the final closing statement is accurate.

for no closing cost, no point refinance. borrower only pays interest,
principle and insurance. nothing more, nothing less.
