要让这笔transaction不显示，要等到11月的账单了啊。买房合同都签好了，本来月底能

完全看lender, 有的可能就能过, 有的就不能. 大银行在这方面的policy一般来说比我
们broker所代理的wholesale lender要宽松. 但是总是有risk.
