我得到 quote for no-cost refinance rate 15-yr fixed 是2.875％。我在NJ。loan
balance >600k.这个rate怎么样？我没听说过Provident Funding.是个小银行，据说网
上付钱还需要费用。有人用过吗？用他们有什么隐患？

还好了，就是小银行手续很麻烦，烦死你。做好心理准备可能closing date会被
delay

PF的要求比较严, 只要条件比较简单, 一般没问题, 说起来他家的close速度是最快的.
