今天最近一次租车的3000点到帐。最近4次机场Avis租车每次租3天，每次租金$60以下
，得到3150*4=12600点，不算油费开销小于$240。还算不错。
还有别的拿到AA点的伙计么？

For nearly 15 years, a treatment plant in Eastvale went nearly unnoticed as
it performed one of the dirtiest and most vital jobs in the city: collecting
and treating the sewage for Eastvale’s estimated 56,000 residents.
“This plant was the wastewater solution for the development of Eastvale,”
said Jeffrey Sims, deputy general manager of the Western Municipal Water
District.
Now, the residential growth made possible by the plant has triggered a
lawsuit from home builder Meritage Homes of California, which alleges
noxious fumes from the plant have caused property values to plummet and
potential buyers to walk away from purchase contracts on homes across the
street from the plant.

Why would a developer want to build high end homes there? Didn't they do
their homework? Too bad so sad.

I lived in Eastvale when the dairies were in full operation, no tract homes
and the sewer plant was just starting. No problems, but add people with
their not in my back yard attitude and they want change. The sewer plant was
there prior to Eastvale being a city, the homes and people. The plant was
noted in the EIR prior to the development being built and the city's
incorporation, no one opposed it then. The builder should have done his
homework.

yes who would have thought moving next to sewage treatment plant would stink
. and the builder is an idiot for thinking it would not stink.

Oh, he NEVER thought it would not stink ... he used that to buy the property
at the value of being next to stick witht he thought od sueing to make the
property more valuble.

People in Eastvale need to quit bi***in about every little thing. I was born
and raised in Norco and that plant has been there as long as I can remember
. Eastvale has done nothing but get rid of landmark businesses in their city
and then find somethin else to complain about. Take Al's Corner for example
, they took that through imminent domain sayin that they wanted to build
their police and fire station there, and then they only used half of the
property. Just quit complainin or go back to orange county and L.A. and
leave our area alone. Its as simple as that!

Can we all get together and sue the builder for wasting taxpayer dollars
suing over something that they knew was all ready there? Oh please pick me
for that jury. Not only will they lose I would get them to reimburse the
courts for all costs and the waste water plant also.
