１2年旧的房子，seller disclose 去年花了１万多来修理 attic ，重新做了
ventilation, 而且把 attic 里的 insulation 全部换掉了。我们问 seller mold 的
问题，seller 不直接回答，而 agent 说如果 seller 在卖房之前已经修好了，有权利
不 disclose。
家里有６岁的小孩，所以很担心 mold 的问题，不知道 mold 是否已经彻底去除而且以
后不会再复发了。这个房子还能要吗？

如果曾经有mold，应该是在attic的deck上，木头如果生过mold很好认，如果被漆过了
，那也是试图掩盖什么（mold）
应该不难判断

Run away! Don't mess with the mold which costed seller more than $10,000 to
fix. My seven-year old attic looks much better than yours.

at what stage are you in the process? how much do you like the house? any
other choices? if you like the place, get a mold inspector to find out
whether mold is still present. if yes, ask the seller to fix it first. if
mold is
no longer present but you are concerned about possible recurrence, try to
find out whether seller has warranty that can be transferred.
